Payments must be made in advance for most tasks. Refunds are only provided if the service cannot be fulfilled and no cost has been incurred.
We do not engage in illegal, unethical, or sensitive legal matters. We reserve the right to reject requests that violate policy.
You’ll receive digital proof (photos, videos, receipts) for completed tasks. Proof is sent privately to the user unless otherwise requested.
While we take all reasonable steps to execute tasks accurately, we are not liable for delays caused by government offices, third parties, or force majeure.
You grant us permission to collect photos/videos solely for task confirmation. We do not use this content for marketing unless you give permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our service implies agreement with the updated terms.
